Detailed street scene painted by a young man that captures the reaction of a Mother and Son witnessing a fire on the cobblestone streets of Philadelphia, specifically the Frankford section. Known award winning artist, different genre, that has had an oil painting that hung on display in the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, Woodmere Art Museum and the Philadelphia Convention Center many decades ago. Artist resided at 1700 Frankford Ave.
